Sheryl Meech – Series #1
Botanical – Pohutakawa
Having had a large garden for twelve years the choice to extend the botanical theme was an obvious one for me. I want to play with the Pohutakawa idea taking it from the realistic to a more abstract look and trying some different techniques.
Lovely! I love the 3-D flowers. It makes the piece vivid. I look forward to seeing more.

The flowers are beautifully worked and your garden must be very lovely. It should provide you with plenty of inspiration for the remainder of the series
A great starting point for your series and a challenge to work on it in a more abstract way in the end. An experimental journey and I am glad I can follow it.
