My challenge for each piece of this artist-series is “what if…”
What if…. I only use curved lines?
This second piece has the same lay-out as no.1, but there will be no straight lines. By using curved lines all parts get different shapes. All the colored fabrics have white dots. Also the quilting lines are all curved, each part in a different motive.

Obviously in the style of Mondrian but you have managed to convey movement into something static. Great choice of fabrics and style of stitch. lovely work.
The choice of polka dot fabrics gives unity to the work. I like the movement given by the curves.

What a great twist on the previous piece. I love the way that the colours are the same, yet the quilt looks so different. The different quilting patterns between each shape are beautifully done and add beautiful detail between the colours. Lovely
