Pyramid
The pyramids in Egypt are tombs of the kings of ancient Egypt, most of them more than 4000 years old, which were established and designed according to the worship of the sun and stars. The Egyptian pyramids, one of the largest structures built by man, are one of the symbols of ancient Egyptian culture, a culture rich in wisdom and innovative technology for its time
The ancient Egyptians settled on the east bank of the river, where the sun shone every morning and therefore brought life into the world. The pyramids, on the other hand, were built by the ancient Egyptians on the west bank of the Nile – which they believed was the land of the dead, as they saw the “god of the sun” sink into the sun at the end of each day.
The Great Pyramid of Giza is the oldest of the seven original wonders of the ancient world . The pyramid, located near the city of Giza in Egypt, was built in the third millennium BC, by Pharaoh Khufu and was intended to serve as his tomb
From my childhood when I first heard about the pyramids in Egypt, studying the Bible in school, my big dream was to get to the pyramid and to take pictures at the front.
My dream came true only in 2020, And it really was most impressive..
My quilt is hand dyed fabric, screen printed the camels, fused, machine quilted.
