  1. This is an interesting way of constructing the landscape. great choice of colours, lovely work.

  2. The colours of the leading lines of the field carry the eye around the quilt. Well done.

  3. Chantal Guillermet

The sky caught my eye the most, as if the clouds were moving in the wind. The breakdown printing fabric is beautiful!

  4. Seems like a sipmple trick to add those loose strips, but they change your landscape tremendously adding the 3rd dimention and texture. Just love it!

  5. Love the beautiful, vibrant colors of your hand dyed fabric against the plowed furrows. There is so much texture and moment, even the sky gives the illusion of flying geese. Well done!

  6. I love the breakdown printing you have used to depict the earth, and the way you have added the green strips gives a lovely feeling of perspective. The movement in the sky complements the fields. Well done

  7. Very clever techniques to make the sky and furrows. The clouds add dramatic movement to your rural scene.

  8. Very dramatic. The clouds appear to be moving across the sky and the technique used for the furrows is very effective.

  9. What a striking piece. The bright colors and so much movement all over, the sky very dramatic. A great continuation of the fields theme! Love the breakdown fabric.

  10. this is a striking use of color and form. I particularly like the effect you’ve created in the furrows.

  11. A lovely second piece in your fields project. Striking colours and an interesting 3 D effect. I love how you have used the breakdown printing for your base.

  12. I like the dyeing of the background fabric and the contrast with the bright green. The relief of cultivation gives a beautiful result to your landscape. Lovely work.

  13. The breakdown fabric is perfect for your background. I like the way you did the rows.
