Greetje Hein – Artist style #5
What if…….I decrease the whole quilt.
I used the same composition as I did with the other quilts, but decreased it.
I painted the surface of the small part with textile paint.
The rest of the quilt, the background, is divided in the same pattern as the original.
I quilted every part with a different pattern. Herefore I used a white rayon 40 thread.
I really like the way that you are playing around with the scale and texture. A very effective piece of work, fantastic work.
Such a neat quilting on this piece ! I am in awe of how you treat Mondrian’s work each time from a different angle.
Great idea, beautiful quilting. bravo

I love “whst ifs” and you’ve done a great job with it. Your quilting is fabulous!
What great impact your quilt has, and the fact that you have reduced the coloured quilt to a small area adds even more impact. The quilting and the range of quilting patterns of patterns you have used is perfect. A beautiful addition to your series
Stunning addition to your series! Your incredible quilting adds another layer of depth, dimension and interest to your composition. Well done!
Another beautiful addition to your Mondriaan series. I love this composition and am in awe about your perfect quilting of all the different patterns. Bravo,.
