About
Fifteen by Fifteen is a group of like-minded textile artists from various places throughout the world, we have come together to participate in an art quilt challenge. Our artistic styles vary, but we share a love of art quilting, the desire to learn and experiment, and most importantly share and grow. Every 8 weeks members will make a 15 x 15 inch quilt based on colour play or a theme. The results will be displayed in the Artists Gallery.Members

Very nice background fabrics and interesting contrast with the appliqué.
The simplicity of the shapes makes them stand out !
The shapes are simple but the details really bring them to life. I love the way that you have built up the background. Great work!
Beautiful playfulness and incredible stitching. I love the little beads making little bubbles in the water… Bravo!
Interesting work. Especially the background and the colorful fabrics that blend nicely into the whole.
Great composition and wonderful use of colour. That green celery leaf is so life like, as is the lemon! Lovely against the darker blue background. Well done.
I’m glad you didn’t use one piece of fabric for your background. This makes it far more interresting. The colors pop out now. Nice!!!
Love the background it is a great choice for the other pieces in your composition. Well done.
I love that you have chosen to use images of food, The fish in its simplicity makes a strong statement, and your color palette is spot-on.
A lovely choice of colours, the dark background really sets off the bright applique pieces. I think the fish looks very calm and relaxed – made me smile.
So nice to see after your breakfast and dessert plate, now a dinner plate with fish. The complementary yellow lemon pieces looks so good against the beautiful blue background,
Love the french knots.
I know that this is a lovely dinner composition, but I see a whimsical scene with a relaxing fish who seems to be floating in the water, lol. I’m with Helen, it made me smile!
The background fabric you have chosen gives a deep richness to the design and makes the meal really feel like a feast. I like the way that you have added each of the elements, especially the lemons. Beautiful stitching
