This year our group will be creating quilts which are based on given letters, and which contain that letter or a word  that contains the letter. The letters have been chosen in advance for the whole year, and cover some of the commonest letters in use. Our members can choose their own overall theme, and choose to work in a series of 6 or two series of 3.

This month our letter is ‘S’ – now although we have a letter, just imagine how many words you can think of with that letter, and you will see that the scope is endless. Perhaps pinning down an idea from so many will be more challenging than having a more defined theme. Why not take a look and see what you think.
