Helen Hazon – Book #4

Emma

Inspiration – my almost lifelong love of Jane Austen’s novels.

This was Jane Austen’s 4th published novel, dated 1815.

I am continuing my series by using the first 3 design ideas and making slight changes in each new quilt. This is the second in the pink colour scheme so I have kept the circle within a square. I have used hand embroidery, raw edge applique and machine stitching. The words are the names of the main characters in the book. All fabrics are cotton. Hand embroidery is in cotton and machine stitching is in rayon.
