Helen Hazon – Book #3
Mansfield Park
Inspiration – my almost lifelong love of Jane Austen’s novels.
The third novel published by Jane Austen was Mansfield Park in 1814. In keeping with the previous
quilts I have used hand embroidery, raw edge applique and machine stitching. The words are again the
names of some of the main characters and places in the book.
All fabrics are cotton. Hand embroidery is in cotton and machine stitching is in rayon.

Again a beautiful piece and in harmony with the others. Your hand stitching adds a lot !
