Bozena Wojtaszek – Book #5

Italian cuisine continued – this time it is “The Fruit, Herbs & Vegetables” by Giacomo Castelvetro. Beautifully illustrated with food artworks from XV – XVII century, written in 1614 when in exile in Britain author wanted to persuade people to eat a wider variety of fruit and vegetables.

Commercial cottons and linens, machine quilting, hand applique.
