Fifteen by Fifteen is a group of like-minded textile artists from various places throughout the world, we have come together to participate in an art quilt challenge. Our artistic styles vary, but we share a love of art quilting, the desire to learn and experiment, and most importantly share and grow. Every 8 weeks members will make a 15 x 15 inch quilt based on colour play or a theme. The results will be displayed in the Artists Gallery.-

I like the way that you have strips of fabric and rows of stitching to provide the texture in the background and in the tree trunk. The small plants around the tree are delightful. Well done
I like the idea of the close up ! the fabrics you used for the tree trunk are very effective.
An excellent piece with lots of details combined with hand embroidery that I really appreciate
I love the idea of gradually getting closer to your subject. You have used fabrics and stitch in clever ways to create texture in the tree trunk and details in the little plants.
The close-up vision is an excellent idea for your series. I am curious to see the next one. I love how you have created the structure of your tree and the little plants. Bravo!
I love the intricate designs and details of the bark of the tree. The choice of colors and the composition are beautiful. Such attention to details. Bravo!
Very effective, I love the way that you have created the texture of the tree trunk and the small details on the little plants. Well done!
I love the texture and 3D effects of your work. It is also interesting to find out what we can see in close ups of things, isn’t it? Lovely work. I wonder what’s coming next?
I also enjoy the texture and raised effects in your piece. Wonderful details.
Your closer view of the tree is well executed and the raw edge appliqué technique, stitching and beads add so much depth and texture to the plants and tree trunk. Lovely!
So nice how you zoomed in at the tree trunk. Love the texture of the bark.
You have achieved a nice depth because of this and the use of colour in the background. Well done.
I love how you did the tree trunk. Nice details of the plants in front of the tree.
What a great idea to concentrate on the small plants. The bark of the tree is subtle but colourful.
